Yes! You may view and also print copies of recently cashed checks within Web Banking. There is NO fee for viewing or for printing copies if necessary.
Do I have to designate one account to make an online bill payment from
You are not limited to only using one account to pay bills using the Web Banking Bill Payment feature! However, you must have a primary checking account in order to have Bill Payment. You can identify which account to use for bill payment by selecting the account on the Account Preferences screen. You can pay bills from multiple checking accounts or from multiple business checking accounts. Savings accounts and Money Market accounts are not applicable.
Can I stop payment on checks through Web Banking?
You have the ability to Stop Payment on a check or on a range of checks at your convenience 24/7. The Stop Payment fee is $30.00. Electronic withdrawals or online Bill Payments from your VIST account(s) may not be stopped online - you must contact Customer Service at 610-921-2210, locally or 1-888-238-3330, toll free to request a Stop Payment on these transactions.
Can I download my cleared transactions?
Yes, you can. You can download cleared transactions from your Web Banking accounts directly into Microsoft Money or Intuit Quicken. Transaction history can also be downloaded via a .QIF (Quicken Interchange Format) text file. This .QIF file can be used for downloads into other financial software programs such as Quickbooks, older versions of Quicken and Microsoft Money, and for Macintosh (MAC)users. A .CSV spreadsheet download file is also available. Please note that you do not have download capability into Microsoft Money or Intuit Quicken through Business Cash Management Web Banking.
What happens if I do not sign into my Web Banking account for several months?
Your Web Banking account will be considered "in-active" after 90 consecutive days without successfully logging in to view your account(s). When an account is made "in-active", a $5.00 monthly fee is assessed on the dormant account. By signing into your account at least once every 90 days, you can avoid this fee and prevent it from being assessed to your account in the future. Otherwise, you must contact Customer Service at 610-921-2210, locally or 1-888-238-3330, toll free to re-activate your Web Banking account.

How Do I SIgn Up for Web Banking?
You have the ability to sign up (apply/enroll) into Web Banking online. Simply click on the "Apply" link located on the VIST web site, left middle portion of the home page (www.VISTfc.com). You'll then be promtped to select if you'll be using Web Banking for personal use or for business use.
What Is Required to Sign Up for Web Banking?
To sign up (apply/enroll) for Web Banking, a primary checking account is required. You are also required to have your own user ID and a valid email address. To enrollment for a personal account, you will need information available on either your primary checking acctount number and your last statement balance or have your debit (checkcard)card PIN number and CVV code (3 digit code on the back of your debit card. If you are business customer, you'll enroll by supplying your account number or Tax ID number.
What If I Forget My Password?
Don't worry, within Web Banking, there is a forgotten password process. The system will ask for 2 security questions in which you created @ the time of successful enrollment. If you can answer those questions, the system will allow you to create a new password! Please note that the "fogotten password" option is only available if you register your PC. Otherwise, you need to contact customer service for assistance.
What If I Forget My Security Questions?
You will need to contact customer service to delete the orignal questions that you set up @ the time of enrollment. You will need to set up the Secure Signon process again.
What Is Secure Sign On?

How Far Back Can I View My Transaction History?
For deposits, you can view 90 days worth of transaction history based of the date you're currently logged into Web banking. for loans, you can view 60 days worth of transaction history based on the date you're currently logged into Web Banking as well as viewing 60 days worth of transactions based on 60 day increments. Simply use the "Search Completed Transactions" option.
Are There Fees Associated With Web Banking?
Web Banking and Bill Payment are FREE for personal Web Banking. If you are a business customer, Web Banking is FREE, however, there is a $2.95/month fee for Bill Payment, which includes up to 15 bill payments. Bill Payments in excess of 15 are $.50/payment. How Do I Sign Up for Online Bill Payment?
You can sign up (enroll) for online Bill Payment by logging into your Web Banking Account and by accessing the "Make Payments" option. Customer Service will notify you regarding your enrollment via Bank Mail within Web Banking; please allow 2 business days for processing.
If I Open A New Account, Will I Automatically Be Able To Pay Bills From The New Account?
You will not be able to automatically pay bills from the newly established account. You will need to add your new account as a funding option for your online bill payment. You can do this by logging into Web Banking and then by accessing "Customize Your Accounts" and selectin the new account as another bill payment source.

How frequently is my VIST Bank account information updated?
VIST Bank can provide you with Real-time account balance information. You have the ability to view your deposit and loan account balances and information real-time! Deposit account balances displayed will reflect the current balance and the available balance. Available balance is the most up-to-date balance, which includes your current account balance, adds any unused portion of an overdraft protection account (if you have one), and subtracts or adds any transactions processing for that business day. Current balance is your ledger balance, also known as your balance for the close of the previous business day. Please note that any transactions, including bill payment and transfer after 10PM eastern time, are processed the next day.
Can I look at all of my transactions at any time?
Yes, with Web Banking and the Automated Telephone Banking system, you have access to your account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
What is a business day?
Business days are standard weekdays (Monday - Friday) excluding both holidays and weekends.
How does bill payment work?
Bill Payment requires that you have a Leesport Bank primary checking account and that you already have account access.
How long does it take to set up a new payee in the bill payment system?
Once you have entered a new payee into the Online Bill Payment System, you can schedule a payment to a payee immediately.
After I make a bill payment, how long does it take for the money to be debited from my account?
The money will be debited electronically from your account within 1-2 business days starting on the business day following the payment date. If you make a payment on Monday, you can expect the money to be debited from your account by Tuesday or Wednesday of the same week.
How long does it take for a payment to reach the payee?
A payment that generates an ACH electronic payment will credit the payee's account within 3 business days; however, if the company or person that you are paying cannot accept electronic payments, we will send them a check which may take up to 5 business days. To ensure timely payments, please schedule payment 6 business days in advance of the payment due date.
What additional steps can I take to enhance my online security?
Our commitment to providing a secure information infrastructure is one-half of the complete security framework equation. Our customers must provide the remaining portion. Three additional ways to protect your security:
1. Never reveal your online Password or log-on ID to anyone. Your web banking Password and ID are designed to protect the privacy of your web banking information, but they will only work if you keep them private
2. Don't leave your computer unattended while using web banking.
3. Once you have completed your banking, always sign off using the Exit or Log-Off button within web banking.
