You should contact the Customer Service Center at 610-921-2210 or 1-888-238-3330 between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday thru Friday to report the card lost or stolen. If you must report the card lost or stolen outside of our normal business hours which are listed above, please call 1-800-236-2442 for VISA Debit/CheckCards or 1-800-798-4143 for VIST Bank ATM cards. These numbers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

After your VIST Bank checking application has been approved, you will receive the Bank's routing and transit number and your account number.
